Shading tape is made of the ultra-thin pet as the backing, one side of the PET ink processing and the other side coated with optical grade acrylic adhesive single-sided. Also can be coated double-sided.

Shading Tape Features

Very thin and suitable for adhesion in spaces with limited clearance.
Adheres strongly to various substrates.
The minimizes dust emission by using a PET release liner and a plastic core.
Resistant to stains such as fingerprints due to special matte anti-fingerprint treatment tape on the backside.
The product has two options matte black and bright black.
Used black matte or bright PET film as the substrate, coated with high-performance acrylic adhesive, and then covered with PET release film to be the module edge shading tape.
The black matte uses a printed coating, which has good shielding performance good bonding ability, and good anti-warping performance.
Has a good anti-fingerprint effect, and anti-scratch functions.

Shading Tape Applications

Suitable for graphite, ferrite, absorbing materials and nanocrystals, and other products to strengthen the surface composite.
Suitable for copper foil, aluminum foil surface insulation, and heat sinks.
Suitable for electronic, electrical internal small non-metallic parts of the surface protection and insulation.
Fixed LCD Optical film in the backlight, with good shielding.
Used in reinforced compounding of graphite film, bonding of mobile phone back shell and main board, protection of magnetic sheet, stainless steel heat sink, etc.
