3M Ultra High Temperature Double Coated Tape 9077 utilizes a high performance and low outgassing adhesive system having excellent heat resistance in high temperature environments.This adhesive system has excellent holding power and much higher adhesion strength at high temperatures than typical pressure sensitive adhesivetapes.

3M 9077 Ultra High Temperature Double-Coated Adhesive Tape is a non-woven adhesive tape coated on both sides with an adhesive and is a 0.05 mm thick non-woven double-coated adhesive tape, which, thanks to its base material, not only offers excellent processability and workability, but also excellent followability. Excellent holding power at high temperatures up to 260°C. Ideal for fixing FPCs and adhering metals.

1. Application: Fixing FPC to housing, fixing reinforcement boards

Resistant to high temperature of 280°C for a short period of time, suitable for many harsh environments such as automobile engines, exhaust areas, reflow soldering, etc. Compared with traditional double-sided adhesive tapes, it has higher adhesive strength at high temperature, excellent holding power and low outgassing.
3. We use a special paper liner with a heat resistance of up to 260°C, typically used for bonding flexible printed circuit boards (FPCs), which is ideal for reflow soldering processes. The liner also improves dimensional stability during processing.
